Great costume. Couple downsides.
The costume is awesome. My son went nuts when he saw it.
My son wears a size 8-10 and the medium fits him just right. Any bigger or smaller and it
would have not worked. There are a couple downsides to the costume.
1) The pants are a bit tough to get your feet through. But once it's on it's awesome!
2) The fabric is a little bit see through so you need to wear a white undershirt and white underwear.
3) The other downside is that the mask is packaged separately and when you open it there is a horrible
chemical type of smell. Good thing we ordered early so we can air it out until Halloween.
Got it for twenty five bucks so it was a great deal.

Made it through Halloween and into the dress up box.
It fit the bill. The green color was a little washed out (think army green), and the shoulder pieces were squished (easily remedied with a little weighted pressing overnight) but overall it worked and held up well enough. The belt didn't really match, and was tossed (purely there for adornment, not function) but the helmet was decent after a night outside to rid it of the plastic smells. Sizing was dead on, with the 'Small' fitting my newly 6 year old like a glove (he's 46" tall, and 45 lbs) with standard shorts and a t-shirt underneath. Overall I'd recommend this costume to any Star Wars fan, as it was unique among the crowd at school and out around town during trick or treating.
Clone costume
I bought this for my 6-year-old son for Halloween this year. The outfit is great and he hasn't taken it off except to sleep since we got it. The helmet had a bad chemical smell inside so I made him wait to put it on while it aired out. After most of one day and all that night it still had an odor. We figured out that it was the stickers on the inside of the mask that stunk so bad, not the mask itself. After peeling those off and using a little goo gone to get the residual glue off, the helmet is odor free. I think this was a great purchase!
